What do I do if iMember360 doesn’t assign a password?

Do you have iMember360 set up to automatically assign a password but find that a contact didn’t receive a password?

To fix this, go to the contact record. Click on the Additional Info tab.


Now enter a password for your contact in the Password field.

Click the green Save button and your contact is all set up.

To double check that it is working, try logging in to your iMember360 site with the contact’s email address and the password you just created.

Once you know it works, inform your contact of their login URL, username, and password.
