Theory – Pulse Adwords
The theory here is simple. Take meaningful data from Adwords and put it somewhere you can use it.
We can grab any Metrics or Dimensions the API allows.
If you have a fairly simple Adwords account set up, you might be interested in just Ad Cost.
Knowing that globally and per campaign in relationship to other data can give you better direction on what is working.
As you can see from the list below, you could get as complicated as measuring Return On Ad Spend by DisplayURL and know just how much ROAS you got per ad.
For this module we’re going to cover the basics of making Ad Cost show up both by calendar month and by recency, displayed by Campaign, Source, and Medium.
