One reason your new Infusionsoft custom field won’t work

Trying to use a new custom field in an email?

I just tried to send out an email using a new custom field and all I got was the ~Contact._CustomField~ merge text showing up in my email.

It turns out that it can take a while for the new custom field to function properly.

In my case, I was able to use the new field 6 hours later.
