How to enable assigning an Opportunity to a user who isn’t on the list in Infusionsoft

Why can’t you assign an opportunity to the right person in Infusionsoft?

They probably aren’t a member of the Sales Rep or Sales Manager group.

To change this, open the user record in Admin -> Contacts.

Then click on the user name you want to assign Opportunities to.

Click on the far right tab which says “User Groups”.

Select Sales Rep from the dropdown, then save.

Now you can assign Opportunities to this person.
